Hi there. I have just installed JCE MediaBox 2.1.2 on Joomla 3.10.4, but the image popups don't work on an Android phone. They hang on the "waiting" circle going round and round. Suggestions?

This is working fine in my tests with an Android device using the examples on the MediaBox site - https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/products/jce-mediabox

Please post a link to an example popup.

Thank you for your prompt response. I have copied and pasted this code from your Single Image Popup example into one of my pages:

Hi Ryan & Hardys,

Thank you both for your replies. I have now tested the popups on Android phones using Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Opera. They work in every single browser except in Chrome on one of the phones tested - mine, unfortunately. So it seems that the issue is with one particular phone. Thank you both so much for your help with this issue and I am sorry to have wasted your time.
