Hi there. I have just installed JCE MediaBox 2.1.2 on Joomla 3.10.4, but the image popups don't work on an Android phone. They hang on the "waiting" circle going round and round. Suggestions?

Thank you both for your replies. I have now tested the popups on Android phones using Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Opera. They work in every single browser except in Chrome on one of the phones tested - mine, unfortunately. So it seems that the issue is with one particular phone. I have the same problem on Android with Chrome. Some times it works but most of the time it hangs with the turning circle !
Any ideas ?
