I often insert an image and then make it so that when you click on it a video pops up.

All of a sudden I am not able to do this. When I click on the image, the Insert Media icon grays out and won't click.

If, on the other hand, I click the Image Manager Extended button, then go to the Popup tab and choose a folder that contains videos, none of the videos appear

If instead I insert the link to the video in the Popup tab URL field using the Browse button, I'm able to put in the link, but the image is not clickable to make the video popup on the front end.

So, nothing that used to work seems to work now. Did something change, or am I misremembering how to do this?
