I confirm the version 2.9.42 Beta5 corrects the bug without modifying the profiles.

I'm not seeing an issue with either of these urls. Are the Youtube videos removed only when you save the content, or immediately when you try to insert them?

I have fixed this on your site by unchecking the Youtube option, saving, then re-checking it and saving again. I did this for both profiles.
