The UIKit and Bootstrap themes require that my template is using one of these css frameworks. I use JA Simpli and I can see that bootstrap.min.css is loaded. Do I have to load a js and which one?

I removed the Bootstrap and UIKit themes as a selectable option because I was unable to get them to display correctly.
I will have another look at this over the coming week and see if I can resolve this issue.
