Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

Before upgrading the live site I wish to do the "localhost" copy.
When I do a check on the extensions I get the following message reJCE Mediabox:

Joomla cannot detect the extension's compatibility with the target version of Joomla.

System - JCE MediaBox 2 (Plugin)

Potential Upgrade Issue.

Please advise if this is a potential problem?

Go to System -> Update -> Update Sites, and click the Rebuild button.

Run the pre-update check again.
