Dear Sir or Madam,
Good afternoon,
On my website, I have designed several “station signs” that include small logo images. These signs are styled using custom CSS in the user.css file of my Cassiopeia copy-template.
I’m also using JCE Mediabox on my site. However, I’ve noticed that a magnifying glass icon (lightbox effect) appears on these small logo images, which is not desirable in this specific use case.
For the rest of the photos on my website – such as those in photo galleries – I do want to keep the lightbox functionality.
My question is:
How can I disable the magnifying glass/lightbox effect for only certain images, for example by assigning a CSS class like .no-lightbox?
To test this, I temporarily disabled the Mediabox plugin and noticed something interesting:
A CK photo gallery on my site (CK slideshow) started playing automatically as expected.
When the JCE Mediabox is enabled, this automatic slideshow no longer works.
Could you explain why this happens, and whether there’s a way to allow both to function correctly side by side?
Thank you in advance for your help.
Kind regards,
Willem J Steen
