Try attaching the file to an email message on Gmail.

Yes, I can confirm that, but that is not a reliable indicator of an actual security risk, as GMail does not give any detail as to why it is rejected. It is most likely a false positive based on a regular expression used in some of the javascript.
Gmail may not allow attachments with archive files, eg: .zip, that contain javascript, svg or html files, which plg_system_jcemediabox_223.zip obviously does.
