Please post your question in the Forum and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Because of the string at the end of the image URL, ie: ?5852814a, Mediabox is not treating the image as an image, but as an HTML URL and is opening it in an iframe. The width of the popup is therefore not determined by the image dimensions.
Add type="image/jpeg" to the popup link, or select "Image" as the Media Type when creating the popup.

Just because you're not paranoid doesn't mean everybody isn't out to get you.
I uploaded images as usual and inserted them with popup feature enabled as in all other pages. You can check it using the login data I sent you for the other thread (https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/support/forum/what-is-style-background-color-initial)
Thanks

Something on your site is adding a string to the end of the image as I said in my previous post, which is causing MediaBox to treat the popup link as an HTML page and load it in an iframe.
To overcome this you must set the Media Type to Image when you are creating the popup, or disable the process that is adding the string to the URL.

Anyway, as you can see here: http://www.squilibri.it/catalogo/crinali/la-macina-nel-vivo-di-una-lunga-storia.html
in other pages it works fine. I don't know

If you compare the URL of that popup, which is working
to the one that is not
you can see the string added to the end of the second URL.
This is being done when the page loads, not by JCE MediaBox, and not when the content is created or updated.

It seems an issue about Gantry, assigning a default template the popup works fine:

the strange thing is that old articles haven't problems.
