Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

The upload-function shows the text: "Maximum upload size: 256.00 MB". I'm not sure if it's correct ..

No it is not. I think it is a bug in Akeeba Ticket System. It should be 0.5 Mb
