Terms of Service for Consulting and Training Services

1. Service Description

Widget Factory Limited offers expert consulting and training services tailored to enhance your proficiency with JCE Pro. These services are delivered remotely via platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
Rate: €100 EUR per hour (exclusive of VAT) | £100 GBP per hour (inclusive of VAT).
Format: Sessions are held remotely, ensuring both flexibility and accessibility.
Participant Limit: These sessions are optimized for 1-2 participants, but arrangements for larger groups can be made upon request.

2. Service Content

The content of each session is determined at the time of booking, allowing for a customized learning experience. Example content may include:

• Setup and Configuration: Comprehensive guidance on installing JCE Pro and configuring it to meet your specific requirements.
• Editor Configuration: Instructions on the Editor Global Configuration, creation, and management of JCE Profiles.
• Editing Skills: Techniques for toolbar customization, formatting, and practical editing.
• Media Management: Training on uploading, managing images and files, utilizing drag & drop capabilities, and mastering advanced image processing techniques.
• Content Integration: Strategies for inserting various media types and integrating content from external sources such as websites, Word, and Excel.
• Advanced Editing: Advanced techniques in using Columns, Styles, and Templates to enhance content layout and design.

3. Payment Terms

An invoice will be issued upon confirmation of the session date, and payment is required in advance of the session. Invoices are payable within 30 days from the date of issuance.
Acceptable methods of payment include Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Debit Card and Paypal.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation by Client: To cancel a session and receive a full refund, clients must notify Widget Factory Limited at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the session will not be eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule a session without penalty if notification is provided at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellation by Widget Factory Limited: If Widget Factory Limited needs to cancel a scheduled session, clients will be notified promptly and provided with options to reschedule or receive a full refund.

5. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

All training materials and session content are proprietary to Widget Factory Limited and may not be recorded, shared, or reproduced without prior written permission. Widget Factory Limited commits to maintaining confidentiality regarding any client information disclosed during sessions unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
