As of February 1st 2010, all JCE 1.1.x plugins (for Joomla! 1.0.x) will be available for download for free without a subscription.
JCE 1.1.x and all its plugins are no longer being actively developed.
Development of JCE for Joomla! 1.5 and 1.6 will continue as normal with 1.5.8 to be released soon!
