Unlucky 13! Unfortunately, changes to the Fullscreen plugin in JCE 2.0.13 introduced a bug affecting the Source and Preview plugins. Although it would only affect the editor if the Fullscreen button was disabled (not in the layout) or if the Source or Preview button were positioned in the layout somewhere before it, the bug was nasty enough to warrant a quick update.
