I am the admin of a website with multiple editors who have different permissions do access different categories and folders in the root folder. For each user i created a single editor profile with individual directory filters.
I now want to give one of those users the permission to access one folder he has not been allowed to access yet. So I thought I just have to delete the directory filter fo this folder in the user's editor profile. I did that and wanted to save everything, but that doesn't seem to work. The next time I check the directory filters the filter I just deleted is still there.
Does anybody have an idea what the problem might be? Thank you very much
