Hello.
I use Watchful and JCE Pro + Mediabox for all my Joomla sites, and now I have this message in Watchful (for all sites) :
"JCE Pro Extension Package has been removed from the auto update list due to multiple failed auto updates. Please try a manual update from the Watchful dashboard to understand what the error is."

The manual update in Joomla and Watchful works.
What can be the problem ?

Suddenly I have the same problem. Error message with 4 of my sites managed by Watchful : "Update JCE Pro Extension Package to version 2.9.50 failed".
I noticed that "JCE Pro Extension package" is not in the list of Extensions updates sites in Joomla.

What is the problem ? ... and the solution ?

Well I can't comment on why JCE Pro won't update on Watchful, because I have no idea how Watchful works. Your best bet is to contact Watchful support, and see if they have any idea as to why it won't update, or if there have been other reports of this.

And it doesn't appear in the Joomla admin/Extensions/Updates.

Discovery : the sites having this problem are the only ones still under Joomla 3.9.28.
All the others are 3.10.xxx or 4.xx.
I will try the Joomla updates quickly.

JCE Pro 2.9.50 requires Joomla 3.10 or later.
