Two issues were causing this:

  1. You had an old version of JCE Pro installed - 2.8.10. I have installed the latest version - JCE Pro 2.9.17 - on your site.
  2. In Editor Profiles -> Editor Parameters -> Advanced, you had added span[class] to the Extended Elements field, which essentially removes the ability for the span tag to use other attributes, such as style, which is required to add color to text. I have removed this from the Extended Elements list, as it is not required.
