In Editor Profiles -> Features & Layout, is the File Browser option checked in the Additional Features section?

In Editor Profiles -> Plugin Parametes -> Link, is the Enable File Browser option set to Yes?

You have multiple profiles, and your "Full-Features" profile did not have the "Datei-Browser" option checked in Editor Profiles -> Features & Layout.

I have fixed this on your site.
