Hello,

When i click on Editor Profiles and click one of the profiles, it gives me a white screen, the url is https://yyy.eu/demo/administrator/index.php?option=com_jce&view=profile&layout=edit&id=1

Joomla 4.0.6 JCE PRO 2.9.20

How to solve?

I try to de-install and install again, no difference.

In the serverlog no error.

Is this a new Joomla 4 site or is it an upgrade from a Joomla 3 site?

It's a upgrade from 3.x

Assuming this is a DB error that some have experienced following the upgrade to Joomla 4, the install of JCE Pro 2.9.20 and some earlier versions should have fixed this, but it seems it doesn't always work for some strange reason.

Please try this -

Download and install JCE Pro 2.9.17 - https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/downloads/editor/pro/jce-pro-2917

then

Download and install JCE Pro 2.9.20 - https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/downloads/editor/pro/latest

I've tested JCE Pro versions back to 2.9.17 on your site and all give the same issue. As there is no error reported, even with the Joomla Error Reporting setting set to Maximum, it's very difficult to determine what is causing the problem. I am also unable to reproduce and error on any other test system.

When did you start having this issue? Was it when you updated to Joomla 4, or at some other stage?

Hello Ryan,

I noticed that in the editor the pro icons are not there, so want to change the profiles, then i noticed. It's possibele that pro icons are not there on J3. I think first on J3 it was the free version, which i updated to pro before go to J4.

I found this in the server logs, maybe something?

The issue here appears to be with this site, not JCE. Looks like some kind of timeout or resource issue.

I ask the host, but i found this error 1 time. And not every time i click a profile button, so i think this is not the issue.

Well some kind of error message would help, otherwise it's very difficult to troubleshoot, so see if the host can provide you with one.
