I have a paid license. License key is in place. Joomla 4.14 says the key is missing. I click the button and get the following error.

An error has occurred.

Not sure what this error is about, perhaps a Joomla bug. Please try this:

  1. Go the to JCE Control Panel, and click the Options button.
  2. Click the Update Options tab, and remove any value in the Update Key field.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Paste the Subscription Key in the Update Key field, and click Save and Close, then go back to the Updates list.


Any change?
