I think this is a bug of some sort, when uploading a .png image with transparency it add a black background, I have imported the image in different ways and software the result is the same, when uploading the via JCE it add a black background, when uploading the image via FTP no black background.
Is there a setting I have to check or is this in fact a bug?

Does this happen with all images or just one?

Are you resizing the image on upload?
