As this appears to just use the standard Joomla Page Break to create the tabs, then yes it should work fine with the JCE or Joomla Page Break.

I have just tested it. It works well with JCE.
To see the page breaks as Tabs this must be set in the "page break" plugin so that the page breaks will apprea as tabs in the content.
Might be useful for some users as no external plugins are required.
