JCE Editor Core 2.9.38 and JCE Editor PRO 2.9.38

I cannot paste - in the editor - copied data from Excel sheets

What is meant by: "Processing of pasted content is now an always on core feature, with the Clipboard parameters controlling paste options and editor button selection" in the Changed log?

Should I change anything in the configuration for the Editor?
