I can't edit the editor profiles anymore. Everything is messed up, no buttons to save / cancel / exit.

The issue here is with the Virtuemart Links for JCE Editor extension. When this is disabled, the profiles load as expected. This extension may need to be updated for Joomla 4. Please cotnact the extension developer.
