Not directly. To achieve this would require additional html, putting each image or item in a container with css to position them.
Depending on the template you are using, and the CSS Framework it uses (eg: Bootstrap) you might be able to accomplish this with some of the frameworks classes.
Just because you're not paranoid doesn't mean everybody isn't out to get you.
