Hi,

The default profile is loaded when editing an article instead of the specific user or group profile.
Any suggestions?

The default profile is loaded when editing an article instead of the specific user or group profile.


Make sure the "specific user or group profile" is above (ie: before) the Default profile in the profile order. You can set the Ordering in the Setup tab of the profile.
