Hi,
is there any particular reason why <hr> tag is not displayed?
To be more precise, the tag is visible in the code but the line is not displayed, neither in the back-end editor (editor and preview tab) and nor in the front-end page.
I've tried this on two different installations and the result is always the same, the line is not displayed.

Joomla 3.10.12
JCE Pro 2.9.50

This is most likely caused by some styling in your template stylesheet.

Please post a link to an example on your site.
