Since migrating to J4! a few weeks ago, I've had issues with the toggling the toolbar.
I only have one profile for all extensions. In the layout I have the toggle toolbar button at the end of the second row, so expect only the first two rows to show unless I click on the toggle icon.
This is the case when creating or editing articles. However, when creating or editing content in custom html modules and in Fabrik text fields, all rows are always shown until I click on the toggle icon.
I imported the settings from J3!, where they worked perfectly
