Hi,

We uploaded a file via the File manager. But, we only see it via FTP. It is not visible in File Manager or File Browser. Do you have any ideas?

Yes, the missing file appears in Content->Media.

I can confirm that the file is not showing in the JCE File Browser, but using extplorer (on your site) the Permissions for the file are invalid, which explains why it is not being displayed.

Check and reset the permissions for the file using your FTP client (permissions for files should 644 or 0644)
