I use Eshop and when I installed the new version of JCE for some reason I can't edit any description in the program. I can't even see the description box to edit, any ideas?

Didn't work but what it did do was a quick flash of the description box and then nothing. I been with you guys since 2016 and will not give up with your product. I'll keep trying to a new version works.
