Hi,

Following up from my email we do have a paid version of ChatGPT and when we go there we have ChatGRP4 > GPT-4 as the version
Are we missing something obvious?

I'm assuming you already have an API key that you created in your ChatGPT account? - https://platform.openai.com/api-keys

Please note that if you have ChatGPT Plus (where you can access the ChatGPT chat - https://chat.openai.com) this is billed differently to the ChatGPT API and does not include access the "paid" API tier. Please see

To use the API, and GPT-4, you need to add credit to your OpenAI account - https://platform.openai.com/account/billing/overview

Yes, it's a weird system they've got running. You can add an initial amount (minimum $5) and then optionally auto-topup.
