Do you still have the features of the JCE Content Editor shown in this video tutorial 8 years ago?

It has the ability to load photos, videos and create “Read More” among others.
Does the latest JCE Pro have these same features I am looking for?

Yes it has all of these and more, as that is quite an older video.

All the options are accessed from the editor toolbar when creating or editing an article.

If you previously used JCE Core (free version) and have installed JCE Pro, then you might want to add the "Pro" buttons you need to the editor toolbar. Please see - https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/support/faq/editor/pro-buttons-missing-after-upgrade
