but even if I drag media manager or image manager extended buttons into the toolbar, those functions will not appear in the left selection of Plugin Parameters.
I am searching for it for second day. It is present in profile Default when I made clear installation of PRO but it is missing if I install it over free JCE. I can drop those buttons to editor but it cannot be set... no preferences in Plugin Parameters.
Actually I didn't find the way how to assign plugins to the Profiles at all. How is it made that Default profile has full selection and Mobile f.e. has only 6 plugins in the Plugin Parameters. 🙁

What does it mean to reset profiles?
Select all the profiles, and click the Delete button.
Click the [Create / Restore] link in the message displayed. The Profiles are reset to the installed defaults.
And is it possible to ad f.e. Image media extended to Mobile profile?
Yes. Click on the Mobile profile to edit it, then click on the Features & Layout tab. Drag the Image Manager Extended icon into the editor toolbar, as on this page - https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/support/faq/editor/pro-buttons-missing-after-upgrade
