Set Media Options to Auto Play

It does in Firefox, but not in Chrome (latest version). ...still need to check Safari.

It does play in Chrome on a Samsung Galaxy J7

This is working in my tests on the demo site - https://demo.joomlacontenteditor.net - so I suspect it may have to something to do with your video file.

From recent experience, autoplay on Chrome usually only works if the video has the muted attribute.
