HI,

When I place a MP4 or any other videofile in an article I can see the video in the preview screen fine.
At the front the video becomes a gray square with nothing in it.
I'm using 2.7.7 and Joomla 3.9.4.

Any ideas?

It must be enabled.

On your site in the video example, it looks like the video source is not being correctly converted by the Joomla SEF plugin. This is probably because of the way you are loading the video after the page has loaded, so the SEF plugin is not processing the video.

Edit the video, and add a leading slash to the url, eg: /images/guru/video/Auw 5.mp4
