It looks like the image in question on this page -
https://qrya.com.au/index.php/home/latest-news/515-bridge-for-sale-2 - is being "lazy loaded" by a script on the site, which could be the cause of the issue.
If you able to disable this (it may be part of your template or an extension you have installed), then we can determine if this is the cause of the display issue. Modern browsers now have lazy loading built in, which you can set on images you insert by setting the
Loading option in the Advanced tab of the Image Manager to
lazy.
