I have set video to autoplay in media box parameters, checked my browser to allow autoplay, but autoplay is not working. Can anyone help please?

Where / how did you set this?

How did you create the popup? Did you use the Media Manager dialog?

I did it with the tools inside Image manager extended. Please see attached screenshot.

You can remove the width and type Parameters as those are already set elsewhere, but change the autoplay Name value to youtube-autoplay.
