When I copy & paste text from a Word document that includes a link with a hashtag/pound sign, JCE is removing all of the URL parameters prior to the #. Unfortunately, this isn't always obvious because the URL is linked text and not visible unless I'm looking at the code. I've tinkered with the copy & paste settings but nothing has made a difference so far. I'm including an example below:
