With JCEPro2.9.33 I get
Object tinyMCE.majorVersion: '@@tinymce_major_version@@'
(which is strange enough, it should be '5')

with JCEPro2.9.54
Object tinyMCE.majorVersion is not defined at all

This is because JCE does not use a particular version of Tinymce, but rather a forked and heavily modifed version incorporating code from multiple versions. The version declaration is therefore redundant and was removed.
