just wrote an issue to you, got blocked by cloudfare, no clue why. Anyway:
JCE PRo 2.9.54 keeps breaking code. I will in sert the code here, i suspect that is why i got rejected.

Plesase have a look at the attached pngs, they will explain that the editor is stripping part of the scripts in the code on joomla 4.0

thanx for the swift response. meantime i installed the latest 2.9.55 /3, problem remains:

Only when i save in editor mode,the problem occurs. When I switch to code-tab, before saving, everything is fine.

since i can not paste the script in here, i attached an image:

top: text of the original script
middle: after pasting text into article : notice the "&"
bottom: text after saving in editor mode, the yellow sections are straight removed. At the end it removes "data" from "data-domain".

btw: the latest 2.9.55/3 version seem to work now, after i cleared caches and unticked all "code-checking"- and filtering options in joomla and JCE.

at least for this article, will verify for the rest and let you know.
