I really like the basic link dialog as it is small and really easy for my clients to see what to do and to use. But I feel to be complete it needs to offer the option of choosing link target, defaulting to open in same window.

Would it be possible to allow that drop-down to be added to the basic link dialog, if set to yes in config?
