A colleague got this message, using JCE - see attachment.
The "problem": It is not clear where the message comes from. So I want to suggest to add a caption to all messages (and dialogues?) which don't have one at the moment.

The dialog in the screenshot would then have the title "Upload Error", as this particular dialog is shown immediately after the user attempts a drag&drop upload into the editor window.
Would a title really help to clarify the source of the alert?

Yes, it would be helpful. Especially for users who don't see the difference between functions of Joomla or Editors or Plugins or Tools - "something is happening and you don't know why and what"
