The new mails are formatted as TEXT, but they use HTML-tags. SO the content of the mail looks like this:
<p>A colleague got this message, using JCE - see attachment.</p>
<p>The "problem": It is not clear where the message comes from. So I want to suggest to add a caption to all messages (and dialogues?) which don't have one at the moment.</p>
We had to move to Akeeba Ticket System sooner than expected after upgrading the site to Joomla 5 as we experience unexpected issues with the Stackideas EasyDisucss forum we were previously using. We haven't quite figured out how to configure everything yet. Please bear with us. 😀
